Today we attended the Tri-county Netball Tournament in Cookstown Leisure Centre where our team took 3rd place overall winning all matches until narrowly losing the semi final to Cookstown PS 3-2.
It was great to have 11 schools attending and participating with such enthusiasm and skill. We appreciated Lisa Bowman taking the time out to help organise and umpire the matches. We are thankful to Netball NI for the gift of 3 netballs which were presented as spot prizes to some outstanding players. Congratulations to all of the teams who played today but especially St Brigid’s Mayogall who came first overall and Cookstown PS who were placed 2nd. Keep up the great Netball everyone!
