Parents/guardians who are currently in receipt of FSM or uniform support for 2020/21 school year will NOT be sent a pre-populated form for the 2021/22 school year. All parents/guardians (including new applicants) are required to apply online from Monday 7 June via the EA website linked below.

It is recommended that parents/guardians apply in June or as early as possible, to enable the applications to be processed in time for the new school year. Parents/guardians whose child has a statement of Special Educational needs( stage 5) and requires a special diet should contact the Meals and uniform section for a paper copy of the application form if they wish to apply under the special diet criteria.
